    Abstract：

    人们常说：“家长是学生的第一任课老师，家长的言行举止对学生起到的作用是具有启蒙性质的。”但是对于很多学生来说，他们更加听从教师的要求。尤其是小学生，他们和教师在一起的时间要远远超过和家长在一起的时间，且他们的三观正在形成之中，教师的言谈举止都会对他们形成影响。因此，从事小学教学的教师应该注重自身的道德建设，为学生树立值得学习的榜样。
