Abstract：
针对当前在线开放课程的建设与应用现状，以高职《建筑装饰材料与构造》在线开放课程为例，针对当前在线开放课程建设的实际情况（教学模式、教学理念、评价机制等），建立“全程”评价机制等方法与手段、对课程专业特色、课程负责人资格及团队建设、课程网站建设、课程保障机制等方面提出建议，为提高普通高校在线开放课程建设的质量提供参考和依据，从而有效地保障在线开放课程建设与应用成效，从而提升教学质量，推动教学内涵建设的发展。
