    Abstract：

    相对于传统的教学方式来说，现如今在素质教育理念的指导下，每一名初中体育课教师越来越明确，在初中体育课堂教学中要完成的具体目标。有效性的初中体育课堂，应当更多地体现出素质教育的理念，促进学生的主体参与性，让学生能够在参与体育学习体育的过程中，建立起来对体育锻炼的兴趣，养成积极的体育锻炼的习惯。本文就初中体育教学有效性的提高进行了相应的分析及解读。
