    Abstract：

    随着我国经济发展速度不断加快，对于水利水电工程建设工作的重视程度越来越高，而且工程勘察工作对设计而言有着非常重要的作用。我国水利水电工作勘察设计工作的实际展开情况，还是存在着一些问题，对水利水电工程施工的质量和效率造成了一定影响，所以通过采取有效措施，提升工程勘察设计质量是我国水利水电建设发展的重要举措。
