    Abstract：

    随着近些年我国经济的不断发展，我国的工厂建筑无论是在数量还是规模上都有了极大的提升。对于工业厂房建筑来讲，初期建设对建筑质量以及建设效率会产生较大的影响。目前，工业厂房与居民住宅虽然都属于建筑，但在用途上是有较大差别的，所以工业厂房的建设要以实际情况来作为设计初衷。本文立足实际，为建设良好工业厂房提出相应的建设倒好，希望可以提供借鉴。
