    当下应该应用现代技术完成工程量清单核算工作，提高造价计价的准确度，开展精细化管理的方式，快速进行核算工作。为了完成工程造价精细化管理任务，大部分企业在施工中引入BIM技术，提高工程量计价核算的速度，降低项目造价管理难度。本文将介绍BIM技术的工程造价精细化管理概念，分析工程造价精细化管理存在的问题，指出当下BIM技术在工程造价精细化管理中的应用。
