    随着小康社会的逐步建立，人民的生活水平也得到提高，电力资源成为人们生活中不可缺少的一部分。在倡导低碳生活的背景之下，新一轮的能源改革在世界范围内刮起了一阵狂潮，我国高度重视智能电网建设的发展，实行绿色发展。以新时期的电气自动化技术为主应用于电网建设之中，构建高质量的国家电网。
