    一直以来我国都尤为重视对水利资源的利用，我国的水利工程建设已然走上世界前端，例如著名的三峡大坝水利工程建设，就拿下了几项世界之最。在对水力资源进行利用的同时，也要注重水利工程建设与整个生态环境之间的协调发展，以此保障水利工程能够被长期、合理的运用。
