    近年来，在可持续发展理念、生态文明理念的影响下，水利工程行业逐步迎来了新的发展机遇，新形势要求各水利工程的设计过程中都需要应用新型的设计理念，在设计中要考虑区域自然环境、工程效益等因素，保障水利工程实现经济、社会与生态效益的协调统一。
