Abstract：
近年来我国出生人口逐年回落，少子化趋势日益凸显，国内幼教市场呈现传统幼儿园岗位缩减、托育岗位紧缺的结构性分化。为推动园所实现 0—6 岁连贯保教服务，国家全面落地托幼一体化政策，行业用人标准迎来系统性转变，促使高职院校学前教育革新固有育人方案。本文立足托幼一体化改革环境，围绕学前教育专业人才培养体系的重构与落地展开研究。
