Abstract：
在职业教育类型化发展与文化强国建设的双重背景下，将中华优秀传统文化融入高职人文素质教育，是培养“德技并修”高素质技术技能人才的核心路径。本文以高职教育人才培养目标为导向，通过文献分析与实践调研，系统梳理当前二者融合的现状，剖析影响因素，结合实践案例总结经验，提出针对性实施策略，旨在推动高职教育实现“技能传授”与“文化浸润”的协同发展。
