Abstract：
作业分层设计充分考虑学生的认知水平与学习能力差异，为不同基础的学生提供适合其发展需求的作业内容与难度，让每位学生都能在自己的能力范围内获得进步与成长，这种个性化的作业设计方式有助于学生建立学习自信心。本文就分层作业设计在小学语文教学中的实践应用展开研究，以期提升学生学习积极性，促进教学质量提升。
