基于《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》对学习品质的培养要求,针对当前户外自主游戏中存在的“自由化”与“教育化”失衡问题,探索教师如何通过科学观察、分层支持和动态评价,将幼儿的“自由玩”转化为“深度学”,通过“计划-探索-反思”循环模式促进幼儿坚持性、创造性等学习品质,实现游戏与学习的有机融合。
