Abstract：
高职院校的首要职能是为社会培养具有高级技能的应用型人才，专业教学之外的通识教育则是重在培养学生多方面可迁移的能力。作为培养技能型人才的载体，高职院校在育人模式上应强化教学、学习、实训相融合。在产教融合的大背景下，如何借助通识课程教育实现育人效果，将课程知识有效转化为技能，为学生职业生涯服务，是值得我们思考与探索的问题。
