Abstract：

近年来，中国托育行业的市场规模呈现快速增长的趋势，但托育人才短缺成为当前制约普惠托育发展的关键性因素之一。为培养更多高素质复合型的婴幼儿照护人才，在“三全育人”的视域下剖析“1+X”幼儿照护课程的现实需求、现实困境与实施路径，对提高幼儿照护人才培养质量、推动普惠育幼服务体系建设具有重要意义。
