Abstract：
手持SLAM激光雷达作为新型测绘技术正变革传统房产测量范式。本文深入剖析了手持SLAM激光雷达的工作原理、系统构成及在房产测绘中的应用策略，包括外业数据采集、内业数据处理以及与传统测绘方法的协同机制。通过激光测距、视觉系统与惯性测量单元的融合，该技术实现了复杂建筑环境中的高效数据采集与处理，突破了传统测量的局限性，为房产测绘提供了兼具精度与效率的技术路径，推动了测绘行业向数字化、智能化方向发展，满足现代房产测量对高精度、高效率的双重需求。
