Abstract：
传统交通治理手段诊断不细、控制不智、决策不足等短板，无法满足城市交通治理需求。通过大数据分析，融合数字技术和道路基础设施，搭建数字孪生底座，优化信号控制，重构道路服务水平，推进城市治理体系和治理能力，提供全新数字化路径。
