    Abstract：

    本文系统梳理了建筑工程合同的主要类型及其风险特性，构建了合同全生命周期管理流程框架。通过识别造价风险来源，对比分析了定性、定量及混合评估方法的适用场景；深入研究了合同管理与造价风险的联动机制。最后以广湛高铁阳江北站智能交通枢纽工程为实证案例，结合项目专属合同条款，补充相关分析与细节，提出针对性风险控制措施并验证了效果，为建筑工程行业提供参考经验。
