    本文以深圳市东门路升级改造工程为例，深入分析了城市道路交通设计及技术要点。东门路作为城市主干路，面临交通拥堵、慢行空间不足、设施老化等问题。改造工程通过优化车行系统、完善慢行系统、营造空间活力以及提升道路品质，实现了道路功能重构与空间品质提升。项目注重多部门协调与技术创新，为同类城市道路改造提供了可借鉴的实践经验。
