Abstract：
为应对既有工业建筑改造中施工协调难、安全风险高、文化融合难等挑战，本文以某工业厂房改造工程为例，系统分析了系列优化施工方法的应用。研究探讨了BIM协同管理、轻型钢结构与预制构件组合、CFRP加固及干挂幕墙等关键技术。应用效果表明，该系列方法在缩短工期、控制成本、提升建筑品质与实现社会效益方面均取得了良好成效。
