    Abstract：

    本文聚焦我国村镇供水系统存在的供需矛盾加剧、传统运营模式滞后等核心问题，阐述网络冗余架构与智能控制系统等创新技术在系统改造中的应用。泵站改造项目实践表明，该方案能有效提升供水稳定性、显著降低人工成本并优化综合能效，为新型城镇化背景下的农村智慧水务建设提供了可推广的技术路径。
