Abstract：
市政排水管网是城市基础设施之一，其建设与养护质量会直接影响到城市的正常运行与居民生活质量。然而现阶段国内市政排水管网在建设与养护方面仍存在诸多现实挑战，比如排水能力欠佳、管网老化、维护管理不到位等，这些问题都需尽快处理，才能保证城市的排水水平更高，防范内涝灾害。本文通过分析市政排水管网建设技术和养护技术要点，进一步以龙西河沿河截污系统退出工程为例分析了各项技术操作要求，相关研究内容希望可以为实际工作提供参考。
