    对于一个旧村改造的旅游区项目，最初的规划采用了经典的商业街主题模式，期望营造出浓郁的场所氛围。然而项目回迁选房的特殊需求，迫使设计改变了初衷，实施方案的侧重点调整为优先交通的通达性，以及民宿位置上相对的均好性。
