Abstract：
本文通过系统分析职业教育的定义与发展现状，以及江苏水运产业的现状与面临的挑战，研究指出职业教育在提升水运产业人力资源素质、满足产业需求方面发挥着关键作用，以中职船舶驾驶专业为例，通过开展人才培养目标、课程体系、教学模式等的研究与探讨，并就构建和优化职业教育与水运产业对接机制的必要性，强化职业教育与水运产业的联动，为推动地方经济的可持续发展提供重要人才支撑。
