Abstract：
在建筑行业数字化转型下，BIM技术用于造价管理成为提高管理效率的重要手段。文章以咸安区洞口片区（城中村）棚户区改造项目为例，系统性分析基于BIM技术的工程造价管理必要性，并精准识别造价管理关键影响因素指标，以此为基础，从项目决策、设计、投标、施工、竣工这五阶段出发，提出提高造价管理效率策略，以期为相关工作者提供参考。
