Abstract：
城市道路施工过程中，存在不探测核查现状地下管线信息，野蛮开挖导致地下管线被破坏，从而影响社会生活和公共安全。近年来合肥市依托公共服务事项-地下管线信息查询服务，探索“以动态更新和统一标准保障信息精准，以脱敏打破数据交互共享壁垒，建立地下管线防挖掘共享机制促进管线保护”的管理思路，提出地下管线挖掘保护管理难题的解决方法，进而提升城市地下综合管线建设管理水平。
