    广泛采用于民用住宅建设的多层砖混结构住宅，为确保其建筑品质、安全性与结构稳定性，对多层砖混住宅进行结构检测、鉴定及加固显得尤为关键。本文着重于探讨多层砖混住宅的结构检测与鉴定，并详述相应的加固措施及施工策略。旨在为多层砖混住宅的进步与技术实施提供有益借鉴。
