城镇老旧小区建筑结构检测及安全性评价分析

Abstract：
城镇老旧小区属于城市化改造建设的重点对象，它的建筑结构检测与安全性评价工作至关重要。究其原因，主要是城镇老旧小区多建造于数十年前，建造水平不高且年久失修，缺乏管理，是城市中风险管理的重大薄弱环节，亟待全面评估与改造。本文中主要介绍了目前比较主流的建筑钢结构检测技术——数字孪生技术，创建技术框架与模型，再配合结构失效的事故树分析与贝叶斯网络模型方法，形成安全性综合评价技术体系，顺利完成城镇老旧小区建筑结构安全性检测工作。
