本研究聚焦湖南航空航天产教融合共同体“政校企行”实践。首先阐述了研究背景与意义，接着分析“政校企行”各主体在产教融合中的角色和作用，对湖南航空航天产教融合的实践现状与问题进行剖析，最后提出针对性的改进策略，旨在为湖南航空航天产业与教育深度融合提供参考，推动产业升级和人才培养质量提升。
