    随着建筑市场竞争日益激烈，投标单位在工程投标过程中面临诸多风险和挑战，本文从投标方视角出发，通过实地调研和案例分析，系统探讨投标过程中的风险识别、报价策略制定、合同风险防范等关键问题，针对技术方案编制不当、报价策略失准、合同条款风险等问题，提出一系列具体的措施，研究表明采用标准化投标流程、科学的报价模型和全面的风险评估体系能有效提升投标成功率，保障企业效益。
