Abstract：

城乡建设项目属于城市化、城镇化建设的主要对象，关乎民生，所以项目安全质量监督体系优化价值不言而喻，是社会稳定发展、人民群众生命财产安全的关键保障。本文开门见山，着重研究城乡建设项目安全质量监督体系的构建方法与应用过程，最后提出体系未来建设优化建议。
