大口径自来水管道施工中的顶管技术应用

Abstract：
在大口径自来水管道工程建设时，由于自来水管道口径大，安装施工存在一定难度系数，为减少周边环境影响使得管道工程安装精度与质量受到影响，解决大口径自来水管道施工难度高、对周边环境影响大的情况，本文以某自来水管道工程项目为例，采用顶管施工技术，利用非开挖方式进行管道铺设，通过后座油泵和千斤顶提供推力，将管道推移到规定位置。在施工过程中，通过控制测量、纠偏、接口处理、注浆减磨及回填灌浆等关键工序，提高了大口径自来水管的施工效率，保证管道安装精度与施工质量。
