    Abstract：

    随着人工智能技术的快速发展，其在住宅工程造价管理中的应用逐渐展现出巨大潜力。本文探讨了人工智能技术提高工程造价预测精度、改善管理时效性、减轻工作负担等应用价值，并详细阐述了数据采集解析、数据标注、建立造价估算模型、确定特征变量以及改进智能预测方法等应用要点。通过引入模糊神经网络模型、BP人工神经网络模型和RBF径向基函数神经网络模型等，为住宅工程造价管理提供了更为科学、高效的方法。
