新农科背景下植物保护专业应用型人才培养模式的探索与实践

Abstract：
在新农科建设背景下，社会对植物保护专业人才的需求发生转变。本研究针对植物保护专业应用型人才培养环节在新背景下的局限性，以应用创新型培养为目标，通过对当下人才培养方案进行优化、对教学模式与方法进行革新、对实践教学进行加强、并进一步对产教融合进行深化等一系列改革措施，构建了植物保护专业应用创新型人才培养模式，并在实践中取得了显著成效，提高了人才培养质量，为植物保护专业应用创新型人才培养提供了有益的参考和借鉴。
