Abstract：
中职教育是培养技能型人才的重要途径，课堂管理策略在其中起着至关重要的作用。良好的课堂管理能够有效提升学生的学习动机、学习态度及课堂行为，进而影响他们的学业成绩与职业素养。本文通过分析中职学生的学习特点与需求，探讨课堂管理策略对学生学习行为的具体影响，提出了优化课堂管理策略的建议。研究结果表明，合理的课堂管理策略不仅能激发学生的学习兴趣和内在动机，还能塑造其积极的学习态度，改善课堂纪律与学习习惯，促进学生全面发展。
