Abstract：
新时代班主任的专业发展必须坚持以教育家精神为引领的发展逻辑，在自身专业成长的路径中有机融入教育家精神。在厘清教育家精神内涵的基础上，从政治方向、专业素养、师生关系、协同育人、制度完善五个维度，来构建教育家精神引领班主任专业发展的提升路径，这对于实现“为党育人，为国育才”具有重要的现实意义。
