随着建筑行业向高效率和精确性的转变，为解决传统设计与施工分离造成的效率低下和资源浪费问题，本文以BIM技术为例，对建筑工程设计施工一体化建设应用进行研究。通过对BIM技术概述和设计施工一体化模式和必要性的阐述，结合具体案例，对设计、施工以及维护与运营阶段具体应用进行概括总结，旨在推动BIM技术在建筑项目中的广泛应用和效能优化。
