    为明确水利水电工程施工中做好导流度汛的重要意义及所需技术，文章以“微山淮河流域重点平原洼地南四湖片治理工程2017年度项目”为例，通过详述水利水电工程施工导流度汛问题及其影响因素，阐明了水利水电工程施工导流度汛的技术应用要点及价值，其中明渠导流、全段围堰、分段围堰是重点，在实际施工中，有效发挥上述三种技术的效用，可显著提升水利水电工程施工导流度汛效果。
