本文聚焦“共青精神”融入高职院校党建与思政课程协同育人机制。通过剖析“共青精神”内涵，阐述其融入对高职院校人才培养的重要价值，分析当前融入过程中存在的问题，并提出构建协同育人机制的策略，旨在提升高职院校思政教育质量，培养具有坚定理想信念、高尚道德品质和强烈社会责任感的高素质技术技能人才。
