Abstract：
人工智能（AI）技术正在重塑教育领域的实践模式，深刻改变着思政课堂发挥价值意蕴的模式。思想政治教育作为落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程，道德与法治课程是义务阶段的思政课，而初中思政教师承担着提升学生的思想政治素质、道德修养、法治素养和人格修养的重要责任，在新时代里，需要借助AI技术进行教学创新，从而推动自身的成长。文章从资源整合、教学方式、教学评价、教研协作、教师培训等几个方面详细论述AI技术赋能初中思政教师的成长路径。
