    Abstract：

    随着乡镇地区的城市化进程加快，许多老旧小区面临着基础设施老化、管理滞后和居民生活质量低下等问题，为改善老旧小区存在的问题，智能化技术成为解决方案的重要途径。本文以青岛市A区老旧小区为例，介绍了小区的基本情况和存在的不足，在此基础上，进一步提出了基础设施升级和智能化改造策略，以期为乡镇老旧小区的升级改造提供参考。
