本研究聚焦高中数学课堂，深入剖析教师反馈有效性问题。通过对教学现状及问题的探究，提出提升教师反馈有效性的路径，旨在为提高高中数学教学质量提供理论与实践指导。研究发现，多样化反馈形式、精准把握个体差异、及时反馈、引导学生参与反馈、结合教学目标反馈以及持续跟踪反馈效果等策略，能显著提升教师反馈有效性，助力学生数学学习能力提升与教学质量提高。
