高职“双师型”教师教学方法应用和“双师型”教师建设方略探究

Abstract：
“双师型”教师队伍是提高高职院校教学质量的基本保障，对于学生职业能力的培养具有重要作用。研究发现，双师型教师通过实践教学、信息化教学法、案例教学等方法，能够有效提升学生的职业核心能力。同时，双师型教师在教学过程中注重理论与实践的结合，有助于学生更好地理解和掌握专业知识，增强其在未来职业发展中的竞争力。基于此，文章简要阐明双师型教师的内涵与特征，分析高职双师型教师的教学方法，并探讨其在学生职业能力培养方面的具体作用，提出具体的双师型教师建设策略，期望为相关教育工作者提供有益参考。
