    Abstract：

    应急疏散是高速公路事故发生后保护生命财产的一道防线。为了提高高速公路突发事件下的应急疏散速度和交通管控水平，本文采用理论与经验相结合的方法，从应急疏散的基本概念出发，分析高速公路应急疏散中所面临的主要挑战，提出了优化目标和路径设计的关键措施，涵盖顶层设计、信息化技术、基层设施建设等多个方面。通过对应急疏散路径的精细化设计和管理，期望为提高高速公路应急响应能力和交通安全性提供了系统性指导。
