Abstract：
本文以广州市轨道交通十二号线槎头车辆段工程为案例，深入研究了RMES智慧化钢筋加工配送管理系统的应用效果。研究表明，系统通过数字化与智能化技术的深度融合，显著提升了钢筋加工配送的效率与质量，也验证了系统在资源调配与利用效率方面的优势。同时，RMES系统通过全生命周期闭环管理，减少了资源浪费与环境污染，显著契合绿色施工目标。
