在新时代背景下，高校思想政治教育面临着创新与深化的迫切需求。志愿者精神作为一种蕴含着奉献、友爱、互助、进步的崇高精神力量，与高校思政教育的目标高度契合。本文深入剖析志愿者精神融入高校思政教育的价值意蕴，探讨当前面临的困境，从课程体系构建、实践活动拓展、校园文化营造以及网络平台运用等多维度探索有效融入路径，旨在丰富思政教育内涵，培育具有社会责任感与担当精神的新时代大学生。
