Abstract：
素质教育不断推进的当下，为彰显学生的主体性，教师采用分层教学模式，符合现阶段学生的认知需求，按照学生的基本情况，划分为不同层次，设置合理的教学目标，引导学生主动参与课堂活动，促进学生学科素养的发展。对此，教师需要在教学中，充分理解认识分层教学的内涵，做好备课前的准备，完善授课分层，评价和作业分层，让每位学生均能获得成长。
