Abstract：
文章以乡村振兴视角下村庄规划实施评估为研究对象，深入分析村庄规划在乡村振兴中的先导性和关键作用，提出构建“五位一体”评估指标体系的系统方法。研究选取典型村庄开展实证评估，通过第一手调研数据验证指标体系的科学性和可操作性。同时，建立常态化的评估反馈机制，将评估结果及时运用到规划优化中，增强规划的动态适应性。研究对于完善村庄规划评估体系，提升乡村规划治理能力，推进乡村振兴具有重要意义。
