    在当前双减政策背景下，中小学开展艺术教育需要对教育模式、内容、方法进行调控，引进一套精细化的教育框架，重构现有的艺术教育生态体系。在此过程中，学校、教师、家长、社会需达成艺术教育共识，形成教学合力，并且引进信息化教学资源，提高教育效率。并根据地方艺术文化，结合碎片化教学，提高艺术教育品质和效率。
