Abstract：
分层教学法是一种很好的提升学生学习效率的方式。初中学生可以在探究分层次数学知识的过程中更具学习自信心，养成良好的学习习惯，达到获得更多学习技能的目的。在传统课堂当中，教师对全体学生会采取同样的教育手段。然而，班级内部学生的兴趣爱好、基础情况、学习能力等存在极大差异，单一教学手段容易限制学生的发展，拉开学生之间的差距。基于此，本文详细分析了基于新课程标准的初中数学分层教学措施。
